Swedish Massage: $70 for 60 minutes, $90 for 80 minutes or $115 for 100 minutes
Provides the feeling of deep relaxation, this style of bodywork uses oil or lotion with an array of techniques such as long gliding strokes and gentle kneading to help the outer layers of muscles and tissue release tension and soften. The benefits are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhances the overall sense of well-being and improves flexibility.

Massage: $65 for 60 minutes
This technique allows the mind, body and soul to relax. During the session 8 different therapeutic grade essential oils are used. The oils are applied and massaged into the back, the hands and the bottom of the feet creating an overall sense of well-being. It helps decrease stress levels, helps to improve immune support, healthy inflammatory response and helps to encourage internal stability in the body.
Hot Stones
Massage: $80 for 60 minutes
This Ultra-Relaxing Hot Stone Massage is performed with Hand-Crafted SYNERGY Stones. The HEAT~WAVE blends Soothing Warmth, Custom Pressure and Slow Flowing Massage into a Blissful Sensation! Feel the heat in waves of the blissful, yet profound massage.
Chair Massage: $20 for 15 minutes, $35 for 30 minutes (fifteen minute minimum)

This massage is done on a specialized ergonomic chair. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, chair massage is done over the clothing and the sessions are shorter than a traditional massage. This makes it convenient enough for a busy schedule or a great way to show appreciation to your employees.
Target massage: $35 for 30 minutes session
This is designed as a follow up or maintenance massage to help those who may not hav
e the time or budget for a full body massage. After having your initial visit this will provide me with the necessary information to give you the most benefits for the limited session time. This session allows for focus work on one or two specific area of your choice.
Reflexology: Hands or Feet: $25 for 20 minutes
Both Hands and Feet for $45 for 40 minutes
Focuses on applying pressure to specific nerve zones in the hands and feet. According to reflexology the body is mapped out with reflex points that correspond to the different organs and systems of the body. By massaging these areas it can boost circulation, stimulate nerve function and generate a deep state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue or Trigger Point Massage: $80 for 60 minutes, $120 for 100 minutes
Deep Tissue has similar qualities to a Swedish massage and is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial.
Trigger Point Therapy is a concentrated amount of pressure on an area that is in spasm. Both types of massages can cause a mild soreness or a “good hurt”. There can also be a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment.
Shiatsu-Thai Combo Massage $85 for 60 minutes session
Shiatsu-Thai Combination is a blend of two popular types of Eastern style body work that can be done on a table or a floor mat. No oil is applied and you remain fully dressed during the session. Shiatsu incorporates the stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, gentle stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit. While Thai massage is similar to yoga, the blend of these two massages are refreshing and energizing.
Prenatal Massage $95 for 80 minutes session
Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of an expecting mother. Specialty-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Prenatal massage may help to relieve some of the discomfort experienced during pregnancy such as a stiff neck or headache, backache, swelling in the legs or leg cramps.
Massage Enhancements
Hot Stones: $10 per session
HEAT~WAVE Massage techniques with hand crafted Hot SYNERGY STONES, are blended into any existing massage style, such as Swedish or Deep Tissue to create an ultra-relaxing therapeutic session. You may add this into your session for a specific region of the body. (Does not lengthen massage time).
Aromatherapy: $5 per session
Scents to choose from include Lavender, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, a Citrus scent or a Floral scent (scents may vary). It’s the use of essential oils to help promote physical and psychological well-being. This may be added to any massage that uses oil or lotion. This may also be used aromatically during the session.
